The Centre of Excellence will serve as a competency delivery centre that will address the current challenges in learning development or learning technology implementation.
The COE will help streamline delivery processes and ensure quality output. In addition, the COE will research and analyse current trends in the industry and ensure that the customer organisation embraces such technological advancements to stay ahead of the curve and driving business transformation and better ROI.
- Designing and developing new fans for our buyers.
- Working on future technologies.
- Continuous Value Engineering to improve our products as there is always scope for improvement.
- Factory Process improvement and upgradation.
- We plan to start inhouse prototyping very soon.
- Robotic Paintshops in the ceiling fan industry which completely changed the finish of a fan.
- CNC Machining of Rotors.
- SPMs for Drilling & Tapping of Fan Covers.
