Our Promoters have almost 3 (three) decades of experience in the fan manufacturing industry.
Our Key Managerial Personnel havean average experience of over 15 (fifteen) years, comprise of experienced professionals with extensive experience in their domains, helping us develop new products through in-house R&D capabilities, thereby quickly adapting to changing client requirements across varying product mix.
Additionally, our senior management also possesses extensive industry and management experience which we believe has given us a specialized understanding of the complexities involved in the fan manufacturing industry in India and its processes. We believe that our business growth is attributable to our strong management culture fostered by an entrepreneurial spirit, each product vertical being managed by experienced and hands-on vertical heads having in-depth knowledge of our industry. Our experienced management team has successfully led our operations, increased our capacity, revenues and profits since our inception and is passionate and dedicated to our business and innovation.

Mr. Harsh Kumar Anand is Promoter, Director and Chairman of the Company. He is B.Tech (Electrical) by education. He is having more than 50 years of Experience in the field of Manufacturing of Component & amp; materials used in the manufacturing of electric ceiling & amp; exhaust Fans, business, Sales & Marketing and Client Retention. He looks after day-to-day routine operational activities of our Company and formulation of business policies, strategies etc. He guides company in its growth strategies. He has been on the board of Company since 7th June, 2013.

He is Promoter and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He is Post Graduate in Commerce. He is having more than 45 years of Experience in field of Manufacturing of Fans and Component & materials used in the manufacturing of electric ceiling & exhaust Fans, and overseeing the financial operations and strategy of a company that manufactures or sells fans and related products.

Mr. Yogesh Sahni
Mr. Yogesh Sahni is Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He is Post Graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce. Mr. Sahni has been associated with different industries (packaging, stationery, construction etc.) over the last 4 decades and has vast experience. He started fan manufacturing Fans in 1988 and has built the business over the years. He has been on the board of Company since 7th June, 2013.

Mr. Karan Anand
Mr. Karan Anand, is a Whole Time Director of Our Company. He is B.E. (C.S.) and Master of Business Administration. He is having more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Manufacturing of electric ceiling fans, exhaust Fans and plastic fans as well as the components associated with manufacturing of these fans. He has been on the board of Company since 12th May, 2016.

Mr. Jatin Anand, is a Whole Time Director of Our Company. He is B.E. (I.T.) and Master in Business Administration. He is having more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Manufacturing of electric ceiling fans, exhaust Fans and plastic fans and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, supply chain management. He has been on the board of Company since 12th May, 2016.

Mr. Siddhant Sahni, is a Whole Time Director of the company. He is Bachelor in Business Administration. He brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry, with a specialized focus on the ceiling fans and Exhaust Fans sector. A strategic vision, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to innovation and growth define his leadership journey. He has been on the board of the Company since 12th May 2016.

Mr. Vishal Singh is an Advocate and a commerce Graduate from Lucknow University. He is a budding professional having rich experience of 11 years in the field of Corporate Taxation and Accounting matters strategy, funds raising and guiding the Companies in setting up their projects including Liasoning with Government Departments and State Governments, majorly in Delhi NRC, Madhya Pradesh, Uttrakhand and Uttar Pradesh for approval of Projects, Obtaining of Licenses who is also socially active. He has been associated with various charitable organisations and he is also a visiting faculty of ICAI. He is also serving as an Independent Director in a Listed Company involved in Manufacturing, Bottling and Distillery of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).

She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, Finance Management, and Business Management etc. She is an Authorised Representative in Techtone (HK ) Energy Company, Liason office from 15th July, 2021 – till date

Mr. Ankit Tiwari is a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Masters in Business Administration, Commerce graduate from University of Delhi and holding Issuers Compliance Certificate issued by National Institute of Securities Market (NISM), former Member of Brand Building, Innovation & IT Committee of NIRC of ICSI. He is also a Non- Executive Director in a Private Company in Delhi engaged in Trading of Edible Oils.
He is having experience of more than 10 years in Corporate Law advisory matters including an invincible experience in Audits & Due Diligence and regulatory compliance including that of Indian Listed Companies independently. He is well accomplished in advising on matters related to Corporate Funding , Related Party Transactions, Corporate Actions such as Right Issue/Private Placements/Preferential Issues/Buybacks, ESOP Advisory, Pre- IPO Due Diligence and IPO Planning, SEBI LODR Compliance, SEBI Insider Trading Compliance, Handing the Inspection and Investigations of the Companies by MCA, Compounding & Adjudication, Incorporations, providing legal opinions under Corporate Laws and proficient in liasoning with various government agencies viz.
